PPZ-C NF Ink, developed for PTP packaging PP sheets, is one component heat curable ink. It offers excellent physical properties to allow high-speed filling of blister packaging and does not contain formaldehyde that adversely affects medical goods and capsules.

• Dechlorinated resin is used
  This ink, developed to be environmentally friendly, uses resin that does not emit chlorine when heated.
• Highly heat resistant
  The ink is enough heat resistant to withstand high temperature at the time of high-speed filling and heat sealing at 300℃.
• Offers strong heat-sealing strength
  As it is possible to get some degree of heat-sealing strength from the ink alone, mixing it with our heat seal varnish PPX-16, meant for PP sheets, gives print materials strong seal strength of low temperature seal property.
• Least deterioration with the passage of time.
  It offers highly stable performance. Its heat seal strength does not deteriorate even when stored in the condition of heat sealed with PP sheet for one year under temperature 40℃×humidity 90%.
