Ink for Forgery Prevention

• "Best One Fragrant Ink" uses micro encapsulated fragrant substance.
  This ink, blended with microcapsules of fragrant substance, offers lasting fragrance. Its grain size is not only useable in offset printing but it also withstands the printing process. Print material starts emitting fragrance when microcapsule is ruptured by pressing it lightly with finger.

  　

• Handling Instructions
  (1) Apply in thick coats to enhance fragrant effects.
  (2) Use resin letterpress printing method for the best results. In case of offset printing overprinting is effective.
  (3) Use low pressure printing to avoid rupturing fragrant micro capsules.

• Inks Offered
  Best One Fragrant Ink is a sheet-fed printing ink, however, in past we have also manufactured fragrant inks for web offset and waterless offset printings and these can be made available.

  　

• Delivery Time
  Fragrant Inks are order-based products.
  (1) Depending on the fragrance category delivery time of 1 to 4 weeks is required.
  (2) To comply with a first time order of a fragrance not listed above may require more than a month time to procure the fragrant material, its micro encapsulation, and the feasibility of manufacturing the ink. (Prototype cost is to be borne by customer)
