Weak solvent-borne type "Tohmide" and "Fujicure" are hardener for epoxy resins that can be diluted with weak solvents such as solvent naphtha and mineral spirit. Since these hardeners can be diluted with a weak solvent, they have advantages such as low odor, relatively high flash point, and reduction of solvent addiction. Taking advantage of these characteristics, weak solvent-borne curing agents are used in applications such as heavy-duty anticorrosion paints and lining materials.
