T&K TOKA's SDGs Initiatives

As stipulated in the TOKA Group Charter of Corporate Behavior, T&K TOKA seeks to "We contribute to the sustainable development of society by providing innovative, truly valuable and safe products and services". We meet the needs of the printing industry with inks that have superior environmental properties, while also contributing to the creation of a sustainable society through business practices based on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) including creating satisfying workplaces and coexisting with local communities.

TOKA Group's Initiatives

	We are contributing to a reduced environmental burden through research and development to address environmental issues.
	We are promoting women's participation with the aim of increasing the ratio of women among new hires to at least one-third by March 2022.
	We are striving to create a workplace that accommodates anyone, such as providing childcare leave, reducing work hours, and employing non-Japanese and people with disabilities.
	By developing and promoting environmentally superior products, we are contributing to more efficient use of resources and the spread of clean technologies.

	We are working to reduce emissions of chemical substances and waste matter throughout our product life cycle.
	We are developing technologies that contribute to energy conservation when products are produced and used.
	To coexist with our local communities, we are striving to promote products that contribute to the realization of a recycling-oriented society.
	We are working with partners beyond our own industry to develop products and use resources more efficiently.
